I was feeling so good and full of energy yesterday! And then last night I got my cycle and now I feel cramps and pain in my stomach, back and legs. I took some pain reliever and ate some chicken soup. I feel a little bit better after doing that and I did a lot of work around the house yesterday which is good because I ended up sleeping a good portion of the day today. My cycle makes me feel aweful I will be happy next week when it is gone.
