Hi, just realizing that I am really angry inside to the point of hating my H and wishing he would either leave/die. I am not happy about this, I consider myself a gentle person but I have been stuffing the anger down for 20 years because i have been scared to stand up for myself and have let him get away with his criticism and verbal abuse. I know I need to start expressing my anger in a healthy way but it is really scary cos it's something i have never done and I feel like I might explode if I start letting it out. Any ideas?
