Oh yeah, I've done that. A certain amount of intellect, humour, and being able to think and talk are important for me.

The bad news: I usually end up getting well and truly friend-zoned as 'the nice but not-attractive-in-that-way listener' by those types. I'm not big on physical 'types' at all; as long as the guy is respectful, considerate, hygenic, etc. it doesn't bother me who or what he looks like at all. He can just look like himself :)

I did not know he painted? How awesome. That whole experience sounds so special. :) I loved him in Willy Wonky and the Chocolate Factory, to me he brought such humour, eccentricity and even a certain tenderness to that role.

I liked his wife Gilda Earner as well. Tragic she died so young.

I think Adrien Brody is very talented and just has 'something'.

My actor crushes are not so much based on looks at all. It's a particular personality they play.

First one that comes to mind is Jason Bateman - love, love him and his personality in The Switch and Hancock. If there was anyone out there with a similar personality type, I would actually consider dating again.

I actually love the personality of R in the zombie movie Warm Bodies! I also really like most of the roles Brendan Fraser does.

oh, gene wilder and jason bateman.there is nothing more attractive than a sense of humor. even louis ck seems less doughy when he's being hilarious. matt damon did some episodes of "30 Rock" that made me want to dedicate my life to him. and of course the brilliant mr. baldwin. i would vote for him for president based only on my love of him. how's that for being a stupid american? oooo and russell brand.i could eat him like a sandwich.

Jason Bateman has an adorable smile, I also like Michal J Fox and admire his tenacity with his battle with Parkinsons.

My ever inquisitive mind had to check that out as I think Zombie movies are cool, so I checked out a trailer. He is a cutie. I will have to watch that. I loved Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson) in Zombieland..oh and Bill Murray as himself.

I can't even think of any female comedians, so I guess not. XD

In terms of unconventional though, I find it really attractive to see a woman in an arts and crafts store or bookstore.
