Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
The good news is that the brain can be healed. But the only way it can be healed enough to see clearly & be able to make informed decisions is by getting out, staying out and getting psychological help. You can't do just one of two of these things - it has to be all three.
Sad to say, things will only get worse. The list will get longer. You will not just be running on the treadmill, you'll be racing with no stopping - until he kills you & and maybe kills the kids too.
I KNOW you KNOW this isn't right, otherwise, you wouldn't be posting. I hope & pray you are able to get out and stay out and what you need to help you heal.
Big big hugs....
-has sex with me only once this month
that's it for now.....
I think I posted most on my list already, it is just a cycle that goes round and round
Think i will give it a go.
- SHE comes on flirty and too strong when she wants something and then once I'm turned on she walks away.
-SHE complains about everyone, which could be venting but there's no growth, no attempt to make it better.
-SHE screams at me when I try to help her find something.
-SHE belittles, antagonizes and is sarcastic in front of others.
-SHE will try to hit and then plays victim.
Same sex, opposite sex, all the colors of the rainbow, interfaith.... in abusive relationships, the abuser abuses because she or he is an a****le, not because of identity. It would help our collective recovery if we focus on the reality that abusers stop being a loved one once they abuse.
-Said I'm a pschotic person
-left me with 1/2 tank. gas
-left with his paycheck and only gave me $100
-Calls and doesn't say anything just hangs up
-Acts like he is the victim.
