Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
ok my freind who was adopted, her mother (the adoptive one) has said that she is to disruptive and threw her outside to sleep under a tree, shes been out side for days, i tryed to get her to come to my house but she wouldn't, her mum lets her come into change her clothes so shes doesn't look deprived, what should i do?

Sorry bout how i posted was a little angry. Seriously you should tell the guidance counselor at your school or the police. It isn't gonna stop until they put an end to it.

they wont belive her, her mother has a good rep with them and shes tryed to run away be4 so they think shes like bad or something

It doesn't matter if the mother or father has a good reputation or not, the school WILL look into and so will the authorities, if she's being physically abused there will be evidence and most likly she'll go to the doctors, I never exactly told anyone about my abuse to much but you should definatly tell, alot of abusive people HAVE good reputations any how.
