Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
Just a side note. I should probably be concerned that I am feeling such glee over someone else's misfortune, but.....nope, can't do it! He got home last night and the left side of his face...his jaw all the way up to his eye is very swollen. Said no toothache but his eye hurts. Hmmm....all those times you complained and berated me about abscessed teeth, and wouldn't help pay for them just might be catching up lol.
On another note, he's starting to go a little over the edge again. We had a pretty physical altercation last night that nearly escalated to a worse one, although he pulled himself back at the last minute and tried to justify what did happen. I'll write more about that later, gotta go to work now. Point is, I guess I need to be a little more careful for the next week.

And yes, karma often catches up to them. That much destructive behaviour is not without consequences. A good friend of mine also said they lose their excuse for themselves as their victims get wise.

Please grab what you need (meds, important papers, keys, computer, phone, stuff for the kids, changes of clothes, etc.) and GET OUT NOW.
But don't leave while he is there! Also take pictures of any bruises, marks, etc. he may have left on you. And if he broke anything, take pictures of that, even if the pieces are already in the garbage.
Leaving is THE most dangerous time. Please have a safe place to go where he cannot get to you.
And contact your women's shelter and ask them to help you get in contact w/an attorney and ask about reporting the assault to the police and getting a restraining order.
He will only get worse.
