why is tht men do not get the jail time tht they deserve! I just found out tht my ex only spent a matter of hours in jail! he tried to kill me and all he gets is the minimal amount of time possible!!

Oh jeez I am sorry to hear that! I personally think they should throw away the key on them as they are in jail getting th emost intense therapy that is humanly kind (and if not hmanly then how they treat lab animals!) and then IF (big if) they seem to be able to be a part of society put limitations on their dating ability. I mean the statistics are so low that they are ever healed/cured (however it should be stated) that they should be on strict restrictions just as child abusers are. I mean why not! There should be a law for that really. They think it is unhumain to do so well what about the inhumanity that we had gotten and still get!

Girl, I'm sorry. I wish I had an answer for you. It seems that sometimes the system doesn't take things as seriously as they should. Jails are overcrowded and with people that do much less than that. Sad. Hugs to you!

The judicial system needs to be designed in a way that has more representation of women. It's a patriarchial system.

God bless you, but maybe he needed to be successful at doing away with your life in order to get time.
