Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
Okay, couldn't figure out what has been wrong with him for the past two weeks. He called me at work today (the first time he has EVER called my job). When I get on the phone he casually asks me if I've forgotten something. Of course, I am racking my brain trying to figure out what he's asked me to do--he hasn't spoken to me in two weeks. He then brings up that it is September and didn't we have an anniversary this month? Oh yeah, I forgot--the sad thing is I don't even know what freaking day we got married on, only that it was Labor Day weekend 2010 (yes, I was an idiot!), and I went directly to work after the ceremony. He is at the track now and didn't seem to be in a crappy mood tonight, but I'm sure I'm going to hear about this one. He said to me, I can't believe you forgot that. Doesn't he realize this wasn't something I wanted anyway? I did it because I thought he would get off my back about it. Oh well, at least I know what was up with him!
I often get in trouble because I don't remember what day we got engaged and I don't count the day we got our civil partnership as a special day, I just did it in an attempt to get some more rights towards my daughter (father has more rights than foreign mother over there it seems). I do remember the date we were meant to get married, I was looking forward to that but scumbag lost his job and movedback to his parents so I had to cancel it.
I suppose really it's awful that we don't care about what date it is, so much for "happiest day of my life". Hope things go ok x
