Does anyone else have terrible flashbacks due to certain smells or things? I had a horrible one today where I almost passed out because I hyperventilated so badly. I haven't had this happen to me in years, until today when I drove by the river where I was lit on fire and almost thrown into to drown. I completely froze and then hyperventilated and almost passed out. When will these memories fade? When can I be normal again. Why does this happen and how do I make it stop?
