Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.

going through.
Sounds like you're in school.
If that's the case, please
go to a counselor or someone
there you trust, and tell them
what you've told us.
You asked a couple times,
"Is this normal?"
Nothing you've written
about is normal. It's all
abuse.
If you're underage,
please connect with
someone who can
help protect you.
After you're safe,
you need counseling
to recover and heal
from what you've been
through.
Please don't continue
on without help.
You deserve to
have an abuse-free
life, going forward
and you're entitled
to get help to heal
from the abuse.
Please take good care.
Sending you hugs
and wishes for
safety and healing.
Abuse means you are being harmed. Regardless if its all you know, you are being harmed by it. You may experience things such as anxiety, depression, trouble sleeping or concentrating, issues with self worth or feeling like you don't know who you are, general confusion, or bouts of rage. Are you experiencing any of that? Because those are all some general outcomes of being abused. Abuse victims and survivors may also experience suicidal depression, PTSD, and continue in patterns of abusive relationships in their futures, as well as the physical impact of emotional or physical abuse like broken bones or being sick all the time. Not only is your abuse morally wrong its got serious consequences for the quality of YOUR life! I can see tremendous potential in the young person posting this, it will be exceedingly difficult for you to live that potential if you've got abuse dragging you down. Your abusers will be like drowning men holding onto your ankles-you can't save them you can only drown with them.
It is worth it to protect yourself from abuse in any way you can. And there are resources available to help you do it-this support group being one of them. However I would strongly second HEAL's suggestion to get professional help-contact a domestic violence group and get some help and relief and a plan to keep yourself safe. You don't deserve this and you don't have to live with it.
