alrighty, so there i was, just getting back from leave, getting everything settled at my desk and catching up on emails when a small pain begins in my gut. By lunch the small pain had become quite a large stabbing, fiery type of pain within me... i ask to leave early... my boss beon pretty cool does let me leave as he has seen me writhing the last couple of hours.
I go home and try taking a very hot bath.... you know, just i ncase it was cramps or something along those lines... well, it did not help, by 3 that afternoon i was unable to walk i was in so much pain... i called 911. And Ambulance came and got me... and a trip to the hospital naturally ensued.
Well, after getting to the hospital... and finally being treated 3 hours after getting there(i do not blame them... it is just that every moment of that 3 hours was an eternity... i was chacked in overnight. Well you see, besides keeping the pain at bay, it seems that ihad a large infection wither in my kidney or in my appendix, it was uncertain at the moment which one was the cause, so they kept me in the hospital for a few days on an antibiotics regimine to see whivh one healed, and which one stayed infected... well, my kidney healed, as my appendix became more and more engorged from the infection. So, appendicitis nearly did me in ladies and gentleman!
This past friday the removed my appendix and for the last vouple of days i have actually been allowed to eat! i was on either a liquid or no food by mouth diet for the 6 days prior! that sucked.
Well, to make a long story short, i am finally home after being in the hospital a week, and i no longer have an appendix.
