Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
First, none of us are our "birth". Your as important of a person on this Earth as my daughter, my son, your mother...as any of us.
Can you tell us a bit more? How old are you? What do you mean by she "sold" you? What do you mean by "different religion"?
Sorry for all of the questions. It's just that it's a bit different advice for a 12 year old than for a 25 year old...
If you're in the United States, I strongly recommend counseling. There's just so so much that goes into the situation that you're in.
Please know that while I've never been though what you're going though, that other people have. YOu're not alone.

If you haven't tried calling the national rape crisis center, I definitely would:

I'm glad that you reached
out to the crisis chat line
and that you posted here.
But neither the crisis chat line
nor this on-line forum, no matter
how effective in the world of
"out there," can support you
in the way that you most
need at this moment. . . .
which is a professional
with whom you work in
person and for as long
as it takes, to help
connect you with your
inner life force.
You've had a tragically
difficulty beginning.
You shared above that
you're an adult. Great.
Now is the time that
you can repair the
injuries of your birth
and your childhood.
No one can do that
but you, and you need
guidance, direction
and support to be
able to do that.
Working on repairing
your injuries is not
being disloyal to
your mother.
You don't have to
cut your mother
out of your life
or feel differently
about her.
But you do need
to begin feeling
differently about
your self.
What is it that you're
afraid of, about
talking with a therapist?
Speaking for myself,
personally, I've been
benefiting from therapy
most of my adult life.
Speaking as a professional
in the field of behavioral
health, therapy helps the
majority of people who
give it a serious chance.
Your life force is alive
within you or you wouldn't
have reached out for help
or be posting here. Give
your life force support
and you'll look back
with relief and gratitude
that you took the steps
to repair the damage
done, which has
effected you, so
brutally.
Sending you hugs
and prayers for
healing and
recovery.
If you're in the United States...you need to get out of wherever you're living and RAINN can help get you in touch with social services that can do that.
Then like HEAL said, you need counseling. And they can help set you up with that.
If you're not in the United States, some countries have social services that will help you, some won't.
If they don't...as an adult, you have to get yourself out of wherever you're at. That can be tough if you have limited money, so you need to raise money somehow.
***Warning. You can NOT ask for money on here. DS will ban you if you try. DS will likely ban anyone that gives you money if they can. People can and do fake tragic stories and make support here harder to get for everyone. People from other countries sometimes think that we all live like Trump, we don't. Most of us struggle to pay our bills.***
That said, although we're not counseling, you're welcome to post about any of the things/ feelings/ issues that you're going through. There's an awesome PTSD board on here as well as boards for depression and sexual abuse.
DS is a wonderful, wonderful site. Again welcome, sorry for what's brought you here, I wish you the best, Patti
