Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
I've been gone for 2 weeks now, still do not have my belongings (he is refusing to give me my things) but..I've had the best monday!
He has tried to drag me down and make me jealous (telling me stories about his supposid girlfriends) but i have not let him get to me and he is so mad about it. He has called yelling at me and i have stood strong and stood my ground.
This past 2 weeks have been major ups and downs but i believe i am on the rise above the abuse. I no longer feel sorry for him, no longer crave to receive a text from him, no longer want to see him.
Just keep me in thoughts and prayers that i continue to the upside!

Ok, now just a little tip tip: Try not answering his calls or messages. They are sooo good at saying things to break us. And you are doing so well!!

or directly to the police.
Holding your property hostage
is illegal. You have a right to
collect what belongs to you.
Take good care. You're
on your way!!!!!
And do write down and make note of these little things that any adult should think of as completely ordinary - like being able to go to town, open a window, whatever. It will help you stay away.
