Thats very cute about your dogs playing tug o war :) That must have been adorable to watch!

Dakota would love to play with water (Sqirt gun or hose), she would go nuts trying to drink it- and bark at you if you stopped. I used to hide behind the door, everytime i would open it and peek through and than shut it she would bark and get excited. And what makes me smile is, No matter who, what, where she was- she never left my side.

My cat used to chase my dog? I am not kidding!!! But they did get along sometimes! Look at my pic!

When Celeste was a kitten she used to jump on the chandelier above my mom's dining room table and like to swing! She also jumped in the Christmas tree her first Christmas and knocked it over. God rest her soul. I miss her so much!

Jasper would suddenly start running around the house as fast as he could. He'd make these grunting noises while he did it, and it was so cute! And when he was younger, he'd spend so long playing out in the snow that he'd come back in, covered in little snow balls. It literally took me hours to melt the snow balls off of him with a hair dryer. But he had so much fun that I didn't mind!

There were so many things about Rocky that made me laugh and smile.. He was my rock... I loved it when he would take his rubber ducky and put it in his water dish.. He knew where ducky belonged and he would put in there. He was so smart.. Anytime I would cry he would always lean against me and give me support, and I would stop crying.. I'll miss that a lot...

Boo Boo would roll on the floor for the fun of it. I have this video of him doing and now I look at this to make me laugh. I miss that stuborn dog a whole lot.

My Lindsey would jump on her daddy's lap everytime he would mow the lawn. she just loved sitting on his lap enjoying the ride. It was so cute to watch. she made me smile and laugh everytime she would chase birds and try to catch butterflies. How I miss my little angel.

Paulie was a cat but he scared the dogs to death.One time he heard my mom scold our dog so he ran off the couch and slapped him in the face for being bad.Then he would wait by the hallway for the dogs to run back in the house.Once they got to where he was one would get slapped and the other dog would crawl under the chair rungs to avoid him.There are too many things he did to list.

My Leibchen used to "sit pretty ". She would sit up to beg. It usually got her whatever she wanted because it was cute. Sometimes though we would ignore her long enough and she would actually doze off sitting up! We would call her name and she would startle herself awake and roll over and "laugh" like she "meant " do fall asleep like that. She also used to sneak up behind me in the kitchen at the sink and jam her little face between my legs and look up at me and say uummpphhfff, until I laughed at her. She was a silly little girl! I remember the time when my PussCat was only about 3 yrs. old and my late husband to wanted to take a Stray Irish Setter Dog which weighed anywhere betwen 40-60 lbs Puss cat was an indoor/outdoor cat and I kept telling my husband that puss Cat would'nt like it since it was her territory. Tom didn't believe me &
took the dog home, and when he let it out of the car . A five & a Half pound cat was chasing a 40-60 lb dog down the road. Tom did'nt say anything to me but he did take the Irish Setter to where he found the dog.
After having her in my life for 19 yrs. , that will be something I will never forget .

My little rat, Molly would fall asleep behind my hair, and would use her nose to clean my ears. She was awesome.

Oliver(my kitten/cat that died) had such a distinctive personality. she was so fun to play with-that made me laugh. once it ran into a glass door!

How cute it was in seeing my 5lb cat PUSS Cat (19yr. old cat) both chasing and playing with her tail. There were many times when there were people who saw My Puss Cat for the first time(because of her Small Size) couldn't believe that My Puss Cat was 19 yrs old). Saying that she looked like a kitten

Our cat would sleep every night (or every nap) with a ball in her mouth. She had many colors, but she would only sleep with the pink or purple one. And if you threw all her balls in a pile, she would pick those two out right away. We made sure she was buried with one of them, so she can have it in Heaven.

My Gus passed away four months ago. He was an Old English Sheepdog, quiet and noble and so dear to us. He had an internal clock that functioned perfectly to tell him that 5:00 was his dinner time. He would start talking to us at 5:01 and get incrementally more verbal as the minutes ticked off. While I made his dinner he would go get a toy from his basket and "talk" to it. He made the funniest sounds of dog talk.....he was always so excited to get his dinner. Do we miss him? Terribly, terribly.....he was our heart. Our other OES, Lily is lost without him. He was her lifelong companion and they kissed good morning every day. They were polar opposites in personality, but devoted to each other like two old people in a long marriage. He protected her and she adored him. We were so lucky he found us....he was a rescue dog. I got him on Valentine's Day and he was my heart. That heart was broken when we had to say goodbye. I think it was God's only big mistake, to make their life spans so short. I am thinking of getting another puppy, there are so many who need good homes. My husband isn't ready yet, and I have to respect that. But Lily and I are lonely and for me there is only one way to heal the broken heart of losing a dog and that is to find another one to love.
