Pet Bereavement Support Group
The loss of a pet or animal to which one has become emotionally bonded can be an intense loss, comparable with the death of a loved one. Whilst there is strong evidence that animals can feel such loss for other animals, this community focuses on human feelings, when an animal is lost, dies or otherwise is departed.

It's been so hard for me lately regarding the guilt of it all.
He was only 5. And still so full of life. But there were things I brushed off that I should have taken seriously.
He had an on again, off again, type of limp. I thought it was his joints for whatever reason and just gave him joint treats and thought it should get better.
but now I just keep thinking what it if it was Lyme disease and I could have just prevented it by giving him the Nexgard year round like the vet suggested that previous year.
I can't get over the guilt I feel for not taking him to the vet when he was limping and getting him the Nexgard like they said because I was wanting to save money in the winter time.
I feel like I am responsible for the death of the one thing that meant the most to me and I don't know how to get over it.

I had gone to the grocery store. When I wheeled my cartback to my car I just stool there a minute. A few spacesaway a Tesla Cyber truck was parked. I had seen it on theroad a few times for a few seconds. But not close up.It looked like it belonged to 2126 and not 2026. I wasgoing to take a picture of the car but the owners cameback and drove away. It was an ordinary middle age...

He just deserved so much better.
