The loss of a pet or animal to which one has become emotionally bonded can be an intense loss, comparable with the death of a loved one. Whilst there is strong evidence that animals can feel such loss for other animals, this community focuses on human feelings, when an animal is lost, dies or otherwise is departed.

6/13 was exactly 6 months our beloved Smokey passed on to the Rainbow Bridge...I still love and miss him like it was today he passed...in his honor I send my hugs to him and all of our beloved pets who are waiting for us at the bridge....
if you have any "new" furbabies in your life the thing to do is hug them as you remember the ones passed on...

May Sparkles light your heart as you honor Smoky on this 6mos. Bridgeday. Time is funny isn't it....Sebastians 11 mos Bridge day anniversary is tomorrow. I miss him dearly!

it's been officially one year ago today that I lost my precious shelby. She was my baby. She was part dauschand part chihuahua. She is forever in my heart. It is still hard to believe after one year

It's been 2 weeks ago today that I lost my Abby girl. I miss her so much and wish I could go back in time so she would still be here. I feel so lost without her here.

    My 5 year old came forward on March 5th That another child in his class was reaching into his pants under his underwear and touching his penis each time he was in this class.     I was in an abusive relationship for 17 years it's the only relationship I've ever even been in so what I thought of as love im now finding out wasn't love at all and that sucks my dad says things like I just need to let it go and it's insulting frankly.
