One neighbor has a brother who has fetal alcohol syndrome. "He'll never be mentally passed age 17" she said. I sympathize, sure, but maybe remind him every time to take a bag on the dog walk? Or don't let him walk the dog?

Thing is... I can deal with dog shit. I have to. This complex has more dogs than it does people. But this guy let's the dog poop directly on the porch or on the side walk, or in the pathway I take around the building - which is so clearly a fkn path ...
I had to call the management on them twice for smoking cigarettes inside. I felt like an ass hole when she confronted me on it in a very kind manner, explaining she has no where to go if they're evicted, which they would be for any other incidences. But seriously... I have to keep my sanity, and my sanity doesn't involve constantly reminding anybody, child or grown or disabled, that dog poop doesn't belong on sidewalks.
The nosiest people ever.
Have you got an outlook to get your anger out? Like art or running? Or have friends to give you support when your partner doesn't?
How about taking pictures and going to the police station to ask about your options.
At least it's not them making noise at all hours of the night...
