I have read some of your other posts too. First, I think you need to pick a doctor, and stick with that person for awhile even if the person is less than ideal, it is better than jumping from one doctor to the next. I don'tknow if your health care system would allow you to see a psychiatrist, but given all your difficulties, that would definitely be the way to go. Also, you should take a medicine for awhile to see if it can help you. Most medicines take several weeks to reach their full effect. Sometimes the side effects also go away. My medicines had many side effects, but I rode them out, and now they are mostly gone. Unless you are practically immobilized by a medicine, it is worth trying to wait it out. Make sure whatever doctor you see knows what all your medications are, so that you are not having interactions. I have read that cbt is good for BPD, although dialectical behavioral therapy is better. But the CBT should do you some good, but again you need to stick it out awhile. Sometimes in therapy you feel worse before you feel better. To get better from BPD or anxiety, depression it takes awhile to get the right medicines, and to work through some therapy. You just have to work at it, and stick through some of the bad, if you ever want to feel better again.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
