We tend to come here when we are down or in crisis. I was hoping that spring might help with the depression but it hasn't really so I'm back to writing down good things to keep myself from sinking too far........ And I though maybe it would be good for all of us to share something good in our lives.

Anything from the weather to a special thing but come on...... list one good thing about yourself or in your life right now.

Today is my son's birthday! He is 26 and I love his birthday because I start to remember all his birthdays and how wonderful he is.

I just had a therapy session so this one will be easy because I just had to come up with good things before my therapist would let me leave. The other choice was a hospital stay. One thing is that I have a good job and one person face to face right now likes me. Of course, my therapist is in the dog house right now. I hate when I am depressed and my therapist says things that makes me mad at him. I know he is just trying to turn my anger outwards to get rid of my depression but UGH!!! LOL

I slept all the way until my alarm went off this morning..... usually I wake up at 4 or 5 so it was really nice to get a full night's sleep.

I have the weekend free with just myself and my oldest daughter. I'm worn out and so glad for the break.

My bf is exhausted from a heavy work week but he drove 2 hrs tonight after a really long day with my little one to visit family. So two good things bc I often am hurt by the things he doesn't do or recognize but so slow to realize all the amazing support and love he does show.

On Monday's this is tough..... So I'll do yesterday. Kids came over for dinner to celebrate Mother's Day and my son's birthday..... I was feeling a little disgruntled because I ended up doing all the cooking.... Kids all come in together and they hand me a video.... Sherlock Holmes. I wasn't expecting anything big because they are all broke but my DVD player broke over a year ago..... I said "Oh wow, neat, I haven't seen this one before but I'll have to come to your place to watch it because my DVD player is broken"....... Then Brandon say's you couldn't watch it on your old DVD player anyway because it's a BluRay movie..... then they proceeded to hook up my new BluRay player. :). My kids are awesome. I don't know how I got so lucky. They even did the dishes after dinner.
