Personality disorders are seen by the American Psychiatric Association as an enduring pattern of inner experience and behavior that deviates markedly from the expectations of the culture of the individual who exhibits it.

Help.
I've been doing really well for about 3 months now. My mood has lasted the longest it has 'stableish' and I've been able to get back to work after nearly 2 years again. I've felt so good some days. Of course there have been not so good days but the determination was still there to carry on.
In the last week though I can feel my mood coming down. I've had some really bad days and rather than like before, I can't seem to pick myself up again. I'm worried this is it again for months, just like before. The downs last so much longer than the ups :(
I'm supposed to be trying to get back to work full time but I'm only doing a couple of mornings a week at the moment. I was so enthusiastic but as usual with the negative thoughts creeping in again, I'm finding myself doubting myself about whether it's what I want, and whether I am capable of holding down such a stressful job. But when I'm good I love it so much! I'm so torn. I don't know what the best thing to do is.
Just looking for some support I guess.

I felt like you just wrote what was in my mind. I'm working now but it's a tough road with the problems I have. I feel torn the same way you do...just know you are not alone. I'm here if you need a chat!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
