Personality Disorders Support Group
Personality disorders form a class of mental disorders that are characterized by long-lasting rigid patterns of thought and behaviour. Personality disorders are seen by the American Psychiatric Association as an enduring pattern of inner experience and behavior that deviates markedly from the expectations of the culture of the individual who exhibits it.
I've always known I guess when I look back. Just recently diagnosed. Really scared they are going to do something bad and I have no control to stop them. In therapy on medication even going to try a new therapy being offered. Only downside of this therapy in my eyes is having to relive the past over and over. Scary really just terrifying! I need the strength and words of wisdom. I know that's the reason I joined. No such support groups in my area. So I thank you in advance for your kind words.
If so there is a support group for multiples / DIDders on here. Join up. Its not the most active site, but it ois supportive
