iv had eough of everythik in my life cant go out cant drink my daughter is driveing me crazy my sister i going on mad ones going out drinking so i told her she didnt like it i feel up one min then down like i want to hurt myself or just end it and sick of my life my kids dad is coming out of prison tomorrow am now with someone else and happy well i make myself think that way as i cant go out with him am scaredi want to change but were do i start am scared to start anythink am just holding on here saying tomorrow will be better but it not the same old thing but i cant do new its to hard am sorry if am going on but i need to tell someone i mad at the moment with ds i post things and noone post back the same post have been on here for 2 weeks am sitting thinking how to end it or just hurt myself am just crazy mybe it will past but went am thinking meds iv taking sleeping tablets just one but now i want more iv said to much i know everyone got there problems sorry

I want you to know that I hear you. Unfortunately I don't feel any better than you. I do know we have to keep holding on. We just have to. That is what I am telling myself that if I stay here something will get better. My situation is looking up from anyone elses eyes. I'm just empty and can't feel anything. I'm sorry I don't have something better to say.

One day at a time, one step at a time, I know it's very cliche, but there's no other wat to say it. On your better days, imagine the damage you'd do to those around you if you were gone. I lost a very close friend of mine to suicide 14 years ago and it's a big part of the reason I have abandonment issues and BPD today. If she knew the damage that she was going to do others, I think she'd reconsider her decision. It's the saddest thing to resign yourself to being a statistic. I want to hear back from you that you giving this idea up.

I'm not as empty as I was yesterday. At some point I decided I did want to live for a while at least. I hope you are feeling better.

thak you going to the doctors again am still fighting i cant give up for my kids its hard but hope i cant get there just want to feel normal again whot ever the nom is am up and down in emotions does everyone get the same does it stop

Hi marie..Im new here and just joined this group. Iwant to tell you that you are not alone in your thoughts. People like us dont understand but you and i do. I live everyday just like you and the others in this group. I wish I cld give you the answers that you need. I wish I cld give them to you, me and everyone else in this group. Ive been misdiagnosed for years now and each day that has passed things just dont ever get better. Its either im not listening to others, not taking my meds right, or just my attitude sux. You and I know its not the case. Now that I have finally been diagnosed I can hopefully start to get the help I need. Its gonna be a long batle but one that me, you and everyone else that has bpd has to take on. You cant hurt yourself cause your hurting everyone else also. I know its hard but plz stay focused on the treatment, your goals and your children. And maybe somehow we can all get through this shit together...Ed

I am not always on here everyday for long periods but i do check my messages through out the day. I have been having my ups and downs lately as well so Im sorry that i havent been able to respond to your posts.

I totally understand where you are coming from with feeling so alone. I feel the same way and it upsets me when no one understands or tries to understand what we are feeling and validate them.

Im here anytime you need to talk. I'll add you on as a friend. Stay strong for yourself and your kids. it's not worth giving up the fight.

Some days I can only get through by focusing on the one or two good things (memory, book, hobby, child's hug)that comfort me, and the rest of the day will often take care of itself. I don't think this is escapism: I think it is "milking my blessings" :)

Feel for you and dont give up. me I am good yep Mad but good. Personality Probs so off to group therapy, also Aspie, Duspraxic, BPI et al. BUT will take life by throat and shke it. No Fear No Limits, No Shame.
