i'll try and be brief. my mental health has been really bad yesterday it was a friend who noticed i was having some kind of breakdown and made a emergency appointment at the doctors,it was her husband that took me there. i have a partner(same sex) but she had not even noticed the state i was in,instead spending most the last few days outside with our workman. even when i walked past her to go to the doctors as she stood outside she never said a word to me. and wasnt even bothered when i got back. i told her i was only given ten diazapan because i'm red flagged on my medical records as a high suicide risk and my doctor was concerned. all she said was i had never been in a icu .(intensive care). she also knew i had rang the crisis team hours early because i was feeling close to the edge. so i felt so hurt so unwanted i did try and take my meds with drink ,even wrote a note . and i felt that bad i thought it was going to work. this morning my partner started shouting at me where was her car keys my friends daughter had took a overdose i just managed to point to them. she was gone about a hour. when she got back she asked me if i had overdosed as i needed to go to hospital if i had. she said she thought i had before she went out. now i feel worse ,it was all in hand with my friends daughter a ambulance had been called etc. but my partner said she didnt know whether they wanted her to look after their young son,so if they had she wouldn't had been back for hours,and now knowing that before she left she thought i had overdosed but was more concerned over my friends daughter who as i said had a ambulance. she says she was worried thats why she come back . what do others think of all this
