Treatments have been standard therapy medications such as anti-depressants and antianxiety.i also have done dbt and cpt for trauma work.I still struggle with this. Its very hard.soemtimes i have push myself to do the opposite of what my brain is telling me to do.Like leave the house when my brain is saying"no too scarey." etc...therapy can be helpful but its important to find a therapist you work well with ,as they are not all good fits.
