Amazing what they can invent . All i want is for someone to invent the cure. Breakthru here in Australia with Alziemers, discovering how to manipulate certain proteins in the brain, well thats got to be a winner for pd also , possibly in the same vain
That said, for an earlier stage PD patient, the laser cane and goggles sound like a good training routine. Easy for me to say-- I don't have PD, I'm sure it would be irritating to have to work with it. But if you can train, and compensate, and get other parts of the brain to replace the functions that are compromised by PD... that sounds pretty interesting.
