Also try going to sleep at 11 p.m so you are more tired.
Also don't take your pain killers when you go to bed if possible (but you might be in too much pain)
. If you wake up take the pain killers then and it should make you go back to sleep.
I find if I wake up in the night even though I'm not in pain, the tylenol helps to put me to sleep rather than laying there for several hours and not sleeping.
