My neuro asks me often if l have fallen over yet? Havent, maybe try to undertake some balance excercises. like standing on one foot, if you can, then if you can manage that stand on one foot and close your eyes. Thats what l have been told to do
I think too much sinemet can make the balance problems worse. Yesterday I increased my sinemet dosage as recommended by my MD and had a significant increase in balance problems. Today I will reduce it and may even try to eliminate sinemet completely. I will also start the balancing exercises as recommended.
