Speaking from a male perspective, you have heard of "the little blue pill", Viagra, and its counterparts, Levitra and Cialis. Gentlemen, They DO WORK, but be advised that the use of these meds will cause a very strog increase in your PD symptoms that may last for several days.
IMHO, and experience with the mentioned drugs, IT'S NOT WORTH IT! But if you must, be sure that you hve your treating neurologists' permission to do so. Your primary care physician will gladly give you an Rx for one of the pills mentioned, but he/she is not fully aware of the consequences to the PWP.
I realize the satisfaction that your spouse is missing out on, but there are other ways ,,,, an unexpected kiss or handhold, a good back or full body massage, or even a foot massage, will generally "do the trick".
Don't get me wrong, I still have the same thoughts and desires, even at my "young age" of 66, but after 34 years of PD, my wife reluctantly realizes that the "plumbing" just won't work like it should or used to.
By far, this is a problem that may seem insurmountable to you at this time, but please remember, just as you have found other ways to do the things you once did, without thinking, both you and your partner will be able to find a way around this obstacle as well, and with love. entleness, and shonest haring with each other.

I think in the forefront of our minds when it comes to sexual drive, you should consider age firstly, secondly the strength of the relationship , then pd.
Loss of libido should be instantly be related to pd, it might just be the natural progression of aging.
Viagra as silfoxx states, yes im sure it can cause a hard-on, So l am in total agreeance with what he says,
Being female my opinion is .... the way a woman thinks firstly , is intimacy , and loving that is needed, a gentle touch a kiss a thought,
If my partner could not preform in bed, this would not stop me loving him or being faithful to him,,
Love is so much more than that,
If you can relate to a woman and love her totally, she will love and never leave you , sex is not the benchmark
Women are very understanding and love does not equate to sex,
Love is Love and unconditional. I love my partner firstly, sex is the bonus, but l would not leave him if he could nto have sex, and wow im tyhe one with pd
I meant loss of libido should not be equated to pd, maybe to other things firstly like age

Good luck.

I love him for the essence of what he is, his kindness etc etc.
We discuss this often , where sex rates in the relationship. My thoughts are it definitely rates the top 5 of what l want to
give to him, in the top 5 in my relationship scale. before all of that comes , love , trust, acceptance and caring.
He obviously being Male rates sex as in the top 2 , and l know he places a lot of his worth in his performance, he has now after years of love now does believe l would love him exactly the same , even if we could not have sex.
That is my honest thought

He is now in Long Term and in a wheelchair and not walking and they feed him also. He is only 70 years old.
He has been there for over 5 months and I visit him 2 or 3 times a week. I looked after him for years but couldn't handle it anymore.
I am thankful for the Long Term and here in Canada this facility is very good . I was very stressed out and had help every day but it still wasn't enough.
I am getting off subject but sex was and is the least of my worries.
We've been married for 49 years so I still love him no matter what..
