Going on 4 years now since I looked at my Nuero who looked back at me and said you have Parkinson's. I realize we all progress differently. In the past few weeks I seem to have noticed my tremors have gotten worse and have started to affect my leg as well as my arm and head. My pain level is higher than usual mostly in my left arm shoulder and on bad days my hip and leg. All on my left side which is where all this started. I knew going in I would eventually progress. And I think the relentless cold weather may not be helping. Is anyone else in cold regions have the same issues? Of course I don't want to alter my levodopa dosage it took forever to find a daily dose I could tolerate. However I am taking 2 less (per day) pills than I am prescribed. Just wanted to leave a little room for a higher dose should the need arise. That's my story and I am sticking to it. Good day all and take care.
