I don't have PD but I've had experience with occupational therapist.
I had a problem with my shoulders and she gave me exercises to do which helped. .
It was also recommended that I see a physiotherapist, but after the second treatment, she made it worse because she tried to move things in my spine. I would stick with the occupational therapist and hope you have good luck.
