As Zlatica says this makes perfect sense. Her transformation is dramatic, isn't it. I'm all for the proactive, not simply relying on drugs approach so I'm off to the supermarket to stock up on being a 'modern hunter gatherer', I must say I do eat all of those foods normally just not in the quantities she's recommending.
I don't think I can eat that much in one day - can a healthy diet and vit./minerals supplement work does anyone know?
