Yesterday we decided we were going to clean out our shed and reorganize everything. I was feeling pretty good, and felt up to the challenge. I had my grandsons here to help with the lifting and around 10am we got started.
I couldn't believe the stuff we had collected over the years, and had stuffed into that thing. Around noontime I started feeling very light headed, to the point I thought I was going to pass out. My wife kept telling me to go back into the house, but being stubborn I refused to.
Thankfully my neighbor saw us and came over with his pick up truck to help. Long story short, after taking 5 truck loads of stuff out of the shed and moving it over to our garage, we finished up around 3pm. By 4pm I was so weak that I could barely move. This was a really big wake up call that my PD is now controlling my life.
I wound up in bed at 7:30pm and had one of the worse night's I've had in a long time. Today I feel like I'm hung over and could sleep for a week, but cant. Mind you, I did no lifting. Just digging through boxes ect.
Guess it's time to face the fact that things are never going to be the same moving forward. Big wake up call for me !

I wish I could still work, but just have to many health issues now other than just PD. I had hoped to work till at least 62 and then take early retirement , but didn't pan out for me.
I'm really glad to hear that your having more good days than bad. I'm about a 50/50 right now, but am thankful for what I can get lol
