I have my first Reiki class on the 25th of this month. Does anyone have any personal experiences on the use of Reiki ?

A friend of mine gave me a couple of BodyTalk sessions, which is somewhat similar to Reiki. In my opinion, it was a lifeline. I fully recommend it.

Yea, they pick up all kinds of minor ailments, too. Strangely when i had the b.t sessions, i felt as if an electric current went through my spine. Afterwards i felt loose and really good. Let me know how it goes for you.

I went to a reiki session approx 2 years ago, I was totally skeptical and very reserved and did not believe it would work at all.

Possibly a good view to go in tiwh

It was one of the most relaxing experiences l have ever experienced, it was wonderful,,,,,,,,, for a non touch experience, l could not believe how relaxed l felt,'' it was fantastic

Your posts are encouraging . . . My daughter told me that she is learning reiki. When I asked her why, she replied, "To help you, Mom." How sweet of her. I hope that she follows through.

A friend of mine who practiced Reiki worked with me for about a year. I found the sessions very helpful. I always left feeling relaxed and calm which, in turn, helped with the symptoms of PD. I would recommend Reiki as an effective, alternate treatment.

I finished my first Reiki session yesterday and found it to be very rewarding ! Lots of spirituality, positive energy, and healing in the air. Maybe, in a few months, I'll go on to learn Level #2 Reiki.
