This group is for parents whose children have been sexually abused. We welcome both Mothers and Fathers. Here, we can offer support to one another. We can vent, cry and lift each other up. No condemning or criticizing allowed. We are here for support. We LOVE (((HUGS))) !

You guys are just AWESOME, all of you, no matter your situation you are all doing what is right for your kids, no matter how hard, or how angry you are at the perp, etc. you are forging ahead with whatever you need to in order to help your kids. Be PROUD. Hold your heads up high, teach your children to hold their heads up, teach them to be STRONG and LOUD when they have to be, but mostly just continue to be AWESOME! I was just reading some of the posts and comments and it struck me how AMAZING you guys all are. No matter your situation or the details, you are handling it, even if you feel like you aren't, you are. Keep the faith in yourself and we'll all get thru this, probably never over, but we'll get thru to the green grass on the other side. Love to all of you and thanks for all the support you give to me and each other. Have a good weekend, stick you head out and feel the sunshine for just a moment (or sit under a bright lamp if you are still having winter where you are!)

Thanks JM, Its not a club we asked to be in, but we are here and we are not going away! We will fight for our kids! It is a huge blessing to have all of you helping out in these horrific circumstances. You said it so well JM!!! H

I feel the same way. I thank God I found this support group and all of you awesome people. We can all help each other and when the world around us doesn't get it, we can come here and be understood. This is my life saver. I hope all moms and dads that need something like this find a support group that works for them. We will all come out on the other side eventually. I look forward to a day I don't think about the abuse.

Here here... I third it. Before I came to this site, I felt lost and definately alone... you all on this board are amazing, and the strength a lot of you show gives me strength that I thought I was losing. Sadly but true, I thank god in one way that Im not alone... but also wish to god none of us had to be here at all.
We are each others strength, and hope.

thank you everyone, feel free to befriend me. I can really use some friends with understanding right now. Thank You for this beautiful post as well. I really needed it today. My x- sister called and tried to get me fired from work.....fortunately they knew it was her and all is well, but the as my children are a constant victim to him, i am a constant victim to his family as they continue to deny what is true about their precious(son, brother, uncle-or whatever relationship they have to him) they act out in anger towards me, they even refused to leave the police station this morning when I dropped off my children for his monitored visit until the cops had to force him and his sister to leave. I cant wait for this to be over so that the children and I can once again live with hope and no more torment from him and his sister.

I agree. Coming across this group of AMAZING people is a blessing for me. I read all the courage and support everyone has for each other and am comforted. It is sooo nice to speak with other in the same situation, and be there for each other.
