Sorry if this is rude or not allowed or whatever. It has been 1.5 years since I learned my daughter was sexually abused by her father and it has been hell. The police did their thing, children services ensured my last minor child was safe and then...that was it. When I asked if there was support for myself, I was told no. They didn't have anything and that was that.

More than anything, I have just wanted to talk to other people who know what I am talking about. I don't want sympathy or empathy but shared experiences, shared screaming, shared anger.

However, there just doesn't seem to be a lot, at least where I live. And I would kind of prefer something online, with a bit of anonymity anyway I think. However, it isn't like those like me are standing up saying 'here I am!'. If you are like me, you try and hide and don't want people to know. Sooo...at a loss then how to get support.

So I am starting a discord server. If you don't know what discord it, it is a way to connect with people where you can chat instantly. Differently than a board like this where you make a post and wait for someone to see it and reply. It is also private. The server will be private and require an invite to join. So no one will see our posts/chats/etc without approval. Safe. Scream all we want, to those who know.

Again, sorry if this is overstepping but I am just at a loss and really, really just want to talk to people who understand. Really understand.
