It isn't admissable in court so you should tell him that all he has to lose is the accusations. It would give everyone peace of mind (of course, we know he would FAIL) and then he can pretend that it was a false positive, but you would know the truth. He would have to go around convincing others that it was a glitch or a false positive. You should play the angle that if he has nothing to worry about, he would take it. What a complete and total piece of crap of a human being. Yeah, God DOES know what he has done!

My husband has promised to push the issue after the holidays. I just have to breathe and get through a rough Christmas. I know he will come up with an excuse but my husband knows that if he asks him himself and he refuses that it is not a good sign. I hope he takes it thinking he will pass and then fails misberably and the rest of the family will see what a piece of crap (perfect) he really is.
The statue of limitations is only 7 years in Texas so no court involved anyways. You'd think he would want to save his "saintly reputation" and get 100 tests if he has to. He is so guilty!!!

The abused ended when she was 12 so 12 years ago so we cannot press charges. It really hurts my daughter that he doesn't have to pay for what he did. She wants revenge so bad, it is worrying me.
I fear he has molested children at the church over the years. His wife teaches Sunday school and they go to every church function, always have. Maybe he thinks if he goes enough God will let him in Heaven. I hope there is a special place for him and all the other molesters!

I think you could still press charges. I would look into it. She was 12 and scared. My oldest daughter would have never told if my younger daughter didnt! I have heard of adults pressing charges, why cant she? His world needs to be rocked and darkness needs to come to light!! I would look into this. You may not be able to but she might. I dont know your states laws, but I would look into it! He cant get away with this!!! H

I think if they do not want to take one, it is an admission. But again, they are not always admissable in court. So is it really worth all of the headache in getting him to take one?? If an investigation is done, let it happen and see what comes out of it.

Thank you all for your advise. I am going to look into it. From what I read it is 7 years here but I will call a lawyer in this field and see what they have to say. I mostly want the test so his wife and the other family members on his side will see what a twisted person he is.

If he was a true man of God he would repent, he would tell the truth, ask for forgiveness and get help. So he is lying and covering up. And he also is a total phony!!!! Whenever a child abuse commercial would come on TV my father in law would say how horrible it was, why my poor little babies were sitting there. It must have made them sick! Those men are so evil. my x also claims to be a man of faith, but it is clear this could not be with all the hatred, molestation, the lies. It may pose for a good mask of his OWN REFLECTION, but Yes GOD DOES KNOW THE TRUTH--- And so will everybody else when the Golden Gates are locked and these men are TRAPPED on the outside waiting for their bus to Hell. I get mad from time to time, but I am always grounded by God through a song that pops into my head, or a message at church. God is in control and he knows everything. He has been fradulenly cashing checks too so hoping that get him for that if nothing else.

Not only is my father in law denying it he has involved his Pentacostal preacher. He cc'd him on a very hateful email he wrote me to deny the charges so I let him have it with details of the acts and everything and not only copied his wife, preacher but his other son. I told the preacher if he let children around him then shame on him. My mother in law thinks that because the younger grandchldren run to him and just love him so much he couldn't of done that. My daughter never ran to him. I think he didn't molest his own blood.
Ocean I also know he will not get in heaven if he doesn't make things right here on Earth. I pray he suffers forever for what he has done. He is not healthy and has a limited time to ask for forgiveness. I hope every time he enters the church he has so much guilt and shame. (he is there every time the doors open).
