Hello To Everyone,
I haven't been on in quite sometime. I lost my grandmother. She was 97 years old and a great lady. She took me in when I was 2 years old along with my 3 sisters and 1 brother after my mom was murdered. She did her best to keep us on the right track. I will miss her dearly.
Update on Sherwin - His request to be moved closer to his hometown has been granted. He was in Mississippi and they have moved him to Oklahoma to be transferred to Ashland, Kentucky. He will be in Oklahoma for processing for at least a few more weeks. Not sure why they take so long. I guess this is the way the Feds work. Please stop all correspondence and I will send you an update as soon as he is in Kentucky. He was a little sad when he heard about his great-grandmother but is in great spirits.

P.S. Everyone wants to know why I use Alma for my username. It was my mom's name.

I hope his transfer goes smoothly and he is close to home for the holidays. Will he be closer to you? It is amazing what these changes can do for us and them.

@Ginny - I did read your story and I feel your pain. It is hard when our kids take a step in the wrong direction.
My dad murdered my mom due to jealousy. Although we never got close I did forgive him. He passed away a few years ago.
