5 consistent days is likely a sign of some sign of tummy or intestinal bug. SHe may be hydrated, but won't stay that way for long if the food is RUNNING through her. I would at least call the ped and see if they can give you anything. Also - give her a high carb diet for a few days to try and thicken things up and AVOID SUGAR as it makes the intestines absorb more water.
Apparently, sometimes, intestinal bugs work their way out in 24 hours, but by then your intestines are so irritated that the diarrhea HANGS OUT for a bit and it becomes a vicious cycle. not DANGEROUS but for 5 days -- I would call at the least.
