My 13m old daughter is suddenly soaking through her diapers at night...it's happened like 4 nights in a row. Her pjs are wet...the sheets are wet.
She's been wearing target brand diapers size 4 (she weighs 25 lbs...the diapers are supposed to go up to 30something....size 5 starts at 27lbs). I haven't had any leakage issue with them. Last night I put her in a huggies size 5 diaper (which fit her fine...wasn't too big) and same thing. Except this time it woke her up around 4:30am and I had to go in there and change the sheets and her pjs and then put her back down (she slept another 6 hours!!!!!!!).
Any suggestions? I'm thinking of moving her night time bottle up a little and making sure she pees before I put her down.

We hit this same issue with our twin girls around that age. I'd recommend moving up the bottle and changing diapers immediately before bedtime, but our lifesaver was the Huggies Overnight diaper brand, which we only use at bedtime. They are more expensive, but totally worth the benefit of avoiding loss of sleep, laundry, etc.

I would try another nappy size or brand. I know with our little boy, at certains times with each size nappy, it gets to the point where he will leak and upping the size or choosing a more active type nappy has solved the problen.

We had a similar issue, too. I try to limit the liquids close to bedtime and went to a solid snack. Also, we tried overnight diapers but I have found that a size up from what she wears during the day of the Pampers baby Dry - 12 hour protection work even better!

I also have a similar issue. I try to limit liquids in the evening, give her a little less milk at bed time, and we use overnight pampers.

I thought the Pampers overnight did the best job. My daughter never leaked even after 13 hours.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
