Hi Rachel my name is Erica. I usually do some sort of exercise with my sons and daughter to help burn off energy. They love to jump rope and do jumping jacks. Maybe your daughter would love to do some exercise with you. I know you are exhausted but its a great way to help burn off energy together.

Hey, my daughter is just over 2 years. Have you looked into making your own paint (or buying it...I'm just thinking about what could be in shop bought paint and if it's safe for a 1 year old) and hand painting...nice and messy...
Making cookies with her..my daughter loves that..the cutting out shapes bit.

Duvet on the sofa with short kids films like Winnie the pooh...me and my daughter top and tail the sofa under a blanket when I'm having my weak and feeble days lol
