You could be sneaky, too. Kids want to do what the others are all doing and so you could try to get your nephew to want to eat with the others and wait till he gets to you. Try to get him to do the negotiations. Like, tell all of the kids that they are having something special for breakfast like pancakes (is this realistic?). Maybe that will make him want to wait on his own.
When he is with me, he eats everything that is put before him pretty much. Eating at my place isn't the issue, it's what she feeds him on the drive to my place. I don't mind feeding him another meal...it's just the amount she pays me doesn't cover three meals a day...so I would need her to supply breakfast.
