I couldn't do cupcakes, but most other sweets oh yea!
I knew I had put on a few pounds...well I stepped onto the scale this morning and yeap oh yeap 11 pounds.
So I need to get back to my tofu smoothies and salads, and stop the huge container of ice cream nightly etc.....
It is the 9 to 10 pm I feel like I am straving....I work around food all day and leave all those cakes, pies etc..... completely alone, but let Will and Grace come on and I need the ice cream!
But I am still vowing to eat healthier, considering that my ways will probably one day sneak up on me and my fat rolls will be seen from all around the world.
I was always this skinny little thing. At 5'7 My weight stayed around a 100 to 105,even after I had my kids and had c-setions,but kept a flat tummy. I always worked out and ate right. But when I got into my 30's wow and then closer to the 40's that middle age spread got the best of me. My waist line was always like a 23,don't want to check it now! I wear mostly sise 7/8 and some of my dress pants are a size 6.
I never thought in a million years I would have a waist line problem, but like it or not it's.......coming!!!
Then I'll be closer to my goal of enormity.
I can't wait!
