Paranoia Support Group
Paranoia is a disturbed thought process characterized by excessive anxiety or fear, often to the point of irrationality and delusion. It is often associated with psychotic illnesses, sometimes schizophrenia, although attenuated features may be present in other primarily non-psychotic diagnoses, such as paranoid personality disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder.

Why does it seem as wen you fink all is going great you do something else to destroy people around you. My bf went out last night on a work do i tried coping but got so paranoid that i were checking him when he got back now he says hes ad enough which i dont blame him, but i just wish i had a new life a fresh start to try and make things different. At the time i flip out accuse people of my bf of ridiclous things but when i calm down i know its stupid and hope everything will be ok but its starting not to be. I know i am going to lose everyone around me who love me if i dont stop these accucations but i just dont know how. Ive tried counting to ten but it builds up in me like a volcano and then i xplode. I say really hurtful stuff to try and make myself feel better which is wrong i noe but at the time i dont care. What can i do i am thinking about ending it all and save everyone heartache and save them from me, im a horrible person who dont deserve anyone and life.

Admitting that you have a real problem is a big step. You are a strong wonderful women and I think you know what the next step is for you and you can do it. Might be weird to talk to a doctor about it at first but remind yourself that the end result could save the people you have in your life all the pain. Don't break their hearts. I have many issues with my health that make me very depressed and have anxiety. The pain is so bad sometimes, I want to end it all. Faith gets me by. Meds help when you get the right mix & doses. I really hope you find the strength to want to change the road your on. Be brave and call a doctor. Your in my prayers, Ladymaid

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
