Paranoia Support Group
Paranoia is a disturbed thought process characterized by excessive anxiety or fear, often to the point of irrationality and delusion. It is often associated with psychotic illnesses, sometimes schizophrenia, although attenuated features may be present in other primarily non-psychotic diagnoses, such as paranoid personality disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder.
Maybe, when you are feeling better and not paranoid, you could write yourself a note to remind yourself that...
people are real
no one is out to get you (they have no reason to, and they have their own lives that they are living)
your memories are real, unless you had a dream or something, and that no one can possible put anything false into your head.
It is okay. You are safe. I promise that everything right now is real and that no one is messing with your memories or out to get you in anyway. :)
