Paranoia Support Group
Paranoia is a disturbed thought process characterized by excessive anxiety or fear, often to the point of irrationality and delusion. It is often associated with psychotic illnesses, sometimes schizophrenia, although attenuated features may be present in other primarily non-psychotic diagnoses, such as paranoid personality disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder.

focus on controlling it first then you can think about getting rid of it. sometimes both can happen, but they are just thoughts, keep in mind they can't harm you. start questioning these thoughts.... are they legit? are they real to the real world and you? be very skeptical and start analyzing things. write them down. keep a long. ask people around you that you get to know and trust if they think something is wrong too. cause in my experience it is easier to trust someone else when you're really badly paranoid than yourself, but maybe it's different for you. if you can't find anyone make someone new. a therapist, a family member, even someone on ds. ask them, i feel this way, does that seem right to you? they will tell you. Again, keep a log, question and be skeptical of anything that is making you uncomfortable, start trusting someone you can count on to ask them about your surroundings or your logs, and then you can build a foundation to start with. You need a foundation. Good luck, and PM me if you need anything.

I know how you were feeling and it really is terrible. Letting unrealistic and paranoid thoughts control your life and your perception of things is a nightmare, but I wanted to take this time to say that I sincerely hope that things have gotten better since this post was made. There are still people out here willing and loving to help, myself included, should you ever decide to seek out help once again. Best wishes!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
