don't rely on doctors any more than you feel you have to.
use your common sense above all else, and remember to follow the money if you ever get lost.
In my case, I am doing better on my own. But I know others who really need professional help. I have a good friend who really needs to see a doctor for hers. It has to do alot with grief and so forth, but that is another story.
