You are hyper focusing on your body....which people with anxiety tend to do.
I don't take any meds for my anxiety because i don't want to get hooked, i don't want just a band-aide for my condition. I want the anxiety to be managable and tolerable.
So, like Harry said, practice breathing, deep muscle relaxation...soothing music.....
But i went a big step forward and kicked all stimulants out of my diet...such as caffeine, sugar, salt, unatural ingredients like preservatives, fake sweeteners, etc.
And it has saved my life.
