It has been a while since I have had panic symptoms. I have been under tremendous amounts of stress for the past 2 years working on a dual masters degree. I will be finished April 30th. However, within the past two months, I have been experiencing physical symptoms of upset stomach and GI distress. I have been to the doctors and they can find nothing wrong. They put me on prilosec (for reflux). I was on penicillian for strep throat in January for 10 days (of which I did not have, but just in case). The penicillian messed up my stomach! I have seen my internal medicine doctor for a complete physical (everything fine) and my gastroenterologist for an exam (she wants to do an EDG). Their findings are both normal. I have forgotten how to deal with feelings of panic and anxiety since it has been 15 years since I had symptoms. Does anyone else experience nausea, gas, bloating, constipation and diarhea from their panic and anxiety? I remember I had these symptoms when I first began experiencing this disorder, but I don't remember feeling this bad. Some advice and insight would help.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
