I don’t get a pressure in my head but I feel pressure in my chest, and what I assume is my heart. The physical symptoms occur first just as yours do, which then send me into a panic thinking that I’m dying. So I understand the position you’re in. I have not found a way to reduce these physical symptoms but I’ve found that dissociating myself from my symptoms helps. For example, I’ll repeat to myself “these are just feelings of panic due to an imbalance in my body, they are not my true feelings and I am not in any immediate danger right now. I do not need to panic because of these feelings.”
That has helped some but as soon as physical symptoms begin, and we start to believe we are dying, it’s hard to dig ourselves out of that thinking. I’m 100% with you on this and we’re in it together!
