I have been doing some thinking, and it is obvious that panic disorder is nothing more than an adrenal disorder. Beta blockers are a type of medication that is normally used to lower blood pressure that has the effect of lowering adrenaline.
I have heard that in extreme cases, beta blockers have been used to help cure anxiety, but as it also lowers blood pressure and slows the heart I would imagine it isn't used too often as it may be dangerous.
Anyway, Chamomile is supposedly a natural beta blocker, which I would imagine to be safe as long as people don't drink way too much of it (everything in moderation is my motto)

I just bought myself a tea which contains both chamomile and lavender to help relax me. The box claims that it is also terrific for upset stomachs, which is a MAJOR side effect of my anxiety.
Anyway, I plan on trying out this treatment and will tell everyone how it works.
